The borders of Slovakia are only several dozen kilometres from our office in Krakow. At weekends, we go there skiing and to buy alcohols which are cheaper there than in Poland. Even though we speak Polish and the Slovaks speak Slovakian, we understand each other without an interpreter. Both nations wonder why this beautiful mountaineous country aspiring to the title of Switzerland of Eastern Europe is not so well known in Europe and we do our best to make it more popular.
