The Bieszczady Mountains are part of the Eastern Carpathian Mountains. This area is covered with unspoilt alpine pastures and forests of beech and fir. There are good conditions for hiking, horseriding, cross country skiing, cycling and natural photography.

While being in Ukta you must have a sauna which is situated near the river.
