1. Booking:
Booking has to be made in writting and sent to Marco der Pole by fax or e-mail containing: place, hotel standard, date, number of nights, meals and participants, means of transport, general programme or services required.
Marco Der Pole confirms the programme with the price within 2-3 days.
2. Number of people:
- groups: min. 10 pax
- individuals: 1-9 pax
3. Payment.
Ordering Party confirms the programme and price received from Marco Der Pole. Than the Ordering Party receives the pro-forma invoice with programme details.
For groups the advance payment of 50% has to be done 31 days prior arrival of the group by bank transfer or credit card. The rest of the payment is made within 7 days after receiving the final invoice.

4. Cancellation:
Ordering party can cancel the tour without costs 31 days prior arrival of the group. After this period Marco Der Pole charges the following cancellation costs:
30 – 14 days before departure 30% of the total amount
13 – 8 days before departure 50% of the total amount
7 – 2 days before departure 75% of the total amount
1-0 days before departure 100% of the total amount
Each cancellation or change in the programme must be sent written and confirmed by Marco Der Pole.
Reduction in the number of participants:
till 10% 1 day before departure no cancellation costs
more than 10% 31 – 15 days before departure 30% of the price per each cancelled person
more than 10% 14 – 8 days before departure 50% of the price per each cancelled person
more than 10% 7 – 1 days before departure 75% of the price per each cancelled person
more than10% without earlier information about cancellation 100% of the price per each cancelled person
Cancellation fees for individual clients:
- 3 days before arrival – no fee
- less than 3 days – charge for the first night
5. Insurance:
Marco Der Pole is not obligated to insure its clients that come to Poland.
6. Responsibility:
Marco Der Pole does not take the responsibility for: delay and change in time table, missing luggage, money or valuable things, damage hotel room, telephone charges and excessive or unusual services consumed.
7. Information about Marco Der Pole:
Marco Der Pole, Marek Frysztacki, Ryszard Kaweski has got a tourist concession No 177 from 30.03.2000 signed by Malopolski Wojewoda. Marco der Pole, Marek Frysztacki, Ryszard Kawęski has got the civil insurance of the tour operator in PZU Insurance Company (policy No D 0003503 from 03.02.2005).
